Fake Accents was initially my final music project at school, which I decided to turn into my official EP. I re-mixed, re-recorded, and mastered two older songs, "I Left My Heart" featuring Owel Alvero and "Report Writer Pt. 2" hoping to give them a little face lift, some shine, some love. Right before I moved to the States, my hard drive crashed and I lost a lot of the music I was working on. As painstaking as it was, I had to re-do many of them over again. However, "Just For Tonight" is a brand new song that I collaborated on with drummer Blair Shots and my keyboard instructor Tio Banks. It was my first time doing songs that involved jazzy percussive ryhtms but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. "Nasiraan" is a demo I did with Turbo Goth and Carlos Tanada. Unfortunately all the raw stems for this song are lost but I decided to include it in the EP anyway because I love it and it just feels right here.
